RETURNS

Our returns window is 14 days from the day you receive your item, but we accept returns for up to 28 days if you notify us
of your intention to return the item within the initial 14 days. Please note we only accept returns if they are unused, in
a resalable condition with all tags attached. We recommend retaining a proof of postage as we don’t accept responsibility
for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We do not hold any responsibility for the
items when being returned by the customer. We advise you to track your delivery. UK Customers: you have the right to cancel
your order within 14 days of receiving it and will receive a refund for the full cost of the order, excluding the basic cost
for delivery. However, you must pay for the value of the service that is provided up to the point you cancel. EU Customers:
you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us in writing (by email) within
14 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a
full refund excluding delivery charge. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw
from the purchase. You can do this by adding a written statement to the goods that you are returning by post. It is not enough
to just send the goods back. Please note: Any underwear or briefs are excluded from the returns policy. On returning goods
on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer
threshold.
