Welcome to the Belinda Robertson website Terms and Conditions for use. The website is owned by Belinda Robertson Limited whose registered office is 13A Dundas Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6QG. Registered in Scotland, No SC103347. All the products on this are supplied by Belinda Robertson Ltd. All contracts with Belinda Robertson Ltd and the contents site are displayed in English.
Our products are available to you on the website subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you.
Ordering
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the goods leave our warehouse. We will email you an order confirmation at this point. If there is going to be a delay in getting the goods to you we will send you a letter asking you if you would still like us to send the order to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment of the identification of an error with the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
The laws of Scotland shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the Scottish Courts.
Payment
