Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery
All Belinda Robertson orders are sent by Parcelforce. We send all goods via Recorded Signed For; please note a signature will be required on delivery.
Overseas Delivery
We are very happy to receive orders from overseas and can delivery anywhere in the world (from our allowed countries list!).
We send our international orders by Fedex, which allows us - and you - to track your order all the way to its destination.

- £9.00 - UK 24 Hour
- £10.00 - UK Next Day by 12pm
- £15.00 - UK Next Day by 10am
- £17.50 - UK Next Day by 9am
- £25.00 - Europe
- £40.00 - USA/Canada
- £45.00 - Rest of the World
- Please note that orders must be placed by 2.30pm for next day delivery.

Returns & Replacements
Goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on garments we consider used or damaged (statutory rights not affected). Please complete and enclose the returns form that is supplied with your delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit.
Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.
If it is an international return, please clearly label the package "returned British Goods" for customs purposes as the company will not pay import duty on returned goods.

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.
Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.
Ordering
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the goods leave our warehouse. We will email you an order confirmation at this point. If there is going to be a delay in getting the goods to you we will send you a letter asking you if you would still like us to send the order to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment of the identification of an error with the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment can be made by any method specified on our website. We will take all reasonable precautions, in so far as in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Please note all orders on this site will be charged in pounds sterling and that prices are subject to change without notice.
Viewing Orders
Registered users of the Belinda Robertson website can view and track orders through the account management system by logging into the system using the Login & Passwords supplied during your registration phase.
