Happy 2010!!

I do hope you had a wonderful festive season and are now looking forward to a prosperous and happy 2010. We at Belinda Robertson certainly are – 2009 was a year of change for all of us and we are up for the challenge of 2010.

First on our list is fixing the various technical problems that we have encountered since launching our new website. We are so sorry for any frustrating experiences that you may have had when using the new site; if you have the time and the inclination, we would love to hear your thoughts – good or bad! If you are trying to place an order and simply cannot get through the process please just call us – we are firm believers in human contact and communication and as such the staff are more than happy to take your order over the phone and process it for you. We currently have someone working on all the gremlins in the website and we expect to have our new and improved systems in place in the next few weeks – we will of course keep you posted with all developments. If you have any questions, do just let us know via the phone or email (details above).

We are also looking at various new products that we will be adding to the website – and the Edinburgh store. Make sure you keep an eye on your emails for more information on these. We will be updating our stunning white shirt collection, and have started to add to our range of accessories and gifts available. Remember that we can ship anywhere and we are more than happy to gift wrap your purchases in beautiful, luxurious tissue paper, enclose in a box and tie with satin ribbon. If you let us know your message, we can also include a gift card beautifully handwritten with your own personal wishes.
